Despite a detailed explanation of the program, the participant declined enrollment. [Declination reason]
After making four attempts, with postcard, text, email outreach and by telephone, to contact the participant for enrollment, The HELP Center was unsuccessful in establishing communication. Each attempt was spaced out to ensure ample opportunity for the participant to respond.
Despite these efforts, we received no response from the participant. As a result, The HELP Center will cease further outreach efforts regarding this direct referral at this time.
