The following case note reflects the participant's credential attainment, coordination with Forsyth County, and case closure status:
The participant has successfully obtained the industry-recognized ServSafe Food Handler credential. Verification of the certification was received and reviewed. The credential is active for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance. As a result of the participant's successful completion of the training and credentialing examination, The HELP Center will close all associated activity codes as Successful Completion in accordance with program requirements.
The assigned Case Manager will provide the participant with next steps regarding her transition back to her DHHS case worker with Forsyth County for ongoing support and services. Communication has been made with Forsyth County DHHS to notify them of the participant's successful completion of the program and to facilitate a smooth transition back to county case management.
