You are receiving this email because you have been enrolled into the ServSafe Food Handler course. If you did not receive the original ServSafe enrollment email, please follow the instructions below to access your course using your CourseKey.
Step 1:
Open your internet browser and go to: https://www.servsafe.com/access/ss/userprofile/userlogin
Step 2:
If you already have a ServSafe account:
Enter your email address and password
Click “Login”
If you do not have a ServSafe account:
Select “Create Profile” or “Create Account”
Complete the required registration information
Create your username and password
Submit the registration form
Step 3:
Once logged in:
Select “Take My Course” or “My Courses”
Choose “Enter Course Key” or “Redeem Course Key”
Step 4:
Enter the following CourseKey exactly as provided:
[INSERT COURSEKEY]
Step 5:
Click “Submit” or “Activate Course.” Your course should then appear on your dashboard for access.
Important Reminders:
Complete all course modules before taking the credential examination.
Please use a stable internet connection when completing the exam.
Once you complete the course and examination, email a copy of your certificate back to your case manager for documentation purposes.
