The HELP Center: Unsigned Referral

The HELP Center received a direct referral through MTAJ-NC bot automation for the participant. Upon review, it was identified that the referral documentation did not include the participant’s required signature. The referral was returned to MTAJ-NC with a request for the participant’s signature to complete the enrollment process.


As of this date, the two-week turnaround timeframe for receipt of the signed referral has been exceeded, and the required documentation has not been received. As a result, the case is being closed and documented as never enrolled due to incomplete referral requirements.
