The HELP Center received a direct referral through MTAJ-NC bot automation for the participant. Upon review, it was identified that the referral documentation did not include the participant’s required signature. The referral was returned to MTAJ-NC with a request for the participant’s signature to complete the enrollment process.

As of this date, the two-week turnaround timeframe for receipt of the signed referral has been exceeded, and the required documentation has not been received. As a result, the case is being closed and documented as never enrolled due to incomplete referral requirements.

The HELP Center processed a reverse referral for the participant and formally submitted the referral to Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services (DSS) for review and approval. The purpose of the referral is to enroll the participant in The HELP Center’s virtual Employment and Training Program.
