Alternate Instructions for Accessing ServSafe Courses Using CourseKey
If a participant is not receiving the ServSafe enrollment email, please use the alternate instructions below to assist them with accessing their course using the CourseKey directly through the ServSafe website.
ServSafe Course Access Instructions Using CourseKey
Have the participant open their internet browser and go to:
https://www.servsafe.com/access/ss/userprofile/userlogin
If the participant already has a ServSafe account:
They should enter their email address and password.
Click “Login.”
If the participant does NOT have a ServSafe account:
Click “Create Profile” or “Create Account.”
Complete the required registration information:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Username
Password
Submit the registration form.
Once logged in, instruct the participant to:
Select “Take My Course” or “My Courses”
The participant should then select:
“Enter Course Key” or “Redeem Course Key”
Enter the CourseKey exactly as provided.
Click “Submit” or “Activate Course.”
Once the course appears, the participant can launch and begin the training.
