This module integrates theoretical concepts with practical exercises, including reflective journaling on daily learnings and progress and a 1:1 Case Management session, ensuring participants are well-prepared to build a solid personal and professional foundation.

This program includes line-level virtual training, a comprehensive workbook, and integrated case management.
