What are your hours of operation?The HELP Center’s food pantry is now accepting new registrations and continuing scheduled pickups Monday-Wednesday from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Please be aware that we are closed daily from 1:00 PM to 2:05 PM. Our hours of operation may vary based on availability, deliveries, and other operational needs. To ensure we’re open, please call ahead before visiting.

Who is eligible to receive food from The HELP Center’s Food Pantry?Our pantry services are available to individuals and families facing food insecurity, including those with low or no income. Eligibility may be based on household size and income guidelines. As a TEFAP partner, we follow federal requirements for qualification.

Is there a cost for the food?No. All food provided through The HELP Center’s Food Pantry is completely free of charge to eligible participants.

Do I need to bring any documents?Yes. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of address. If you are enrolling for the first time, you will be asked to complete a brief intake form.

How often can I receive food assistance?Participants can typically access food once per month, depending on availability and program guidelines. Emergency provisions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Can someone pick up food on my behalf?Yes. An authorized representative may pick up food for you with prior approval. A completed proxy form and proper identification will be required.
