Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of The HELP Center, holding a key position within the Operations Department as part of the Support Staff team. This role is essential in ensuring that the front office functions efficiently and maintains a professional, organized, and compassionate environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike.
Job Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and warmth

Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and provide administrative support to staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and reception area

Ensure accurate recordkeeping, sign-in logs, and appointment tracking

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory

Support intake coordination and distribute information and resources to clients

Provide administrative support for the Food Pantry Program, including scheduling, client coordination, and reporting

Collaborate with pantry staff and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations

Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent customer service standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in food service, warehouse, or customer service a plus

Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
