Course Overview
The SMART Maintenance Technician course developed in collaboration with the START and AHLEI Credentialed Maintenance Technician Training Program, is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive as maintenance technicians in the hospitality industry. The course is self-paced and accessible for up to six months from the enrollment date, allowing participants to complete it at their convenience. This program includes line-level virtual training, a comprehensive workbook, and integrated case management.
