Course Overview
The Customer Service & Sales course, developed in collaboration with the NRF Foundation's RiseUp, is designed to provide individuals with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to excel in customer service and sales within the retail industry. This self-paced online course includes industry-recognized curriculum and exam, developed in collaboration with more than 20 retailers, as well as integrated case management support. Participants will have access to the course materials for up to six months from the date of enrollment.
