Partner with The HELP Center to employ our Program Participants
The HELP Center participants are men and women who have been returned to the community after incarceration or low-income and want to work. For six years, The HELP Center has been assisting these participants find meaningful employment by connecting them with employers fulfilling their short-term labor needs.
The HELP Center meets your workforce needs in one or both of the following ways:
Entry Level Employment

Participants are employed with employers who typically don’t require prior experience in the field or profession, providing on-site training, part-time or fulltime

Participants maintain daily responsibilities and integrate as an employee/team member

Participants receive professional evaluations of their work on a regular basis
Experienced Employment

Participants are employed with employers based on their past experiences and resume, part-time or fulltime, with competitive compensation.

Contract Employment

Participant is retained for a predetermined time, for a predetermined price, for a specific project and is eligible for future work based on job performance and expectations.
