Course Overview
The Starting Work & Staying Employed Module is an essential part of the Pathways to Employability Program at The HELP Center. For 7 days, participants will engage in a self-paced learning experience designed to help them navigate the critical phases of starting a new job and maintaining successful, long-term employment. This module covers key topics such as negotiating job offers, understanding workplace dynamics, and developing habits for professional growth and job retention. Daily reflective journaling and a 1:1 Case Management session are integral parts of this module.
