Course Overview
The Finding Work & The Hidden Job Market Module is a crucial part of the Pathways to Employability Program at The HELP Center. For 7 days, participants will engage in a self-paced learning experience designed to enhance their job search strategies, with a special focus on exploring the hidden job market. This module combines theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, empowering participants to uncover job opportunities beyond traditional channels and proactively secure employment. Daily reflective journaling and a 1:1 Case Management session are integral parts of this module.
