Course Overview
Pathways to Employability, work readiness, curriculum is compromised on 8 modules focusing on the development of soft skills to help prepare all participants for success in the workplace. Soft skills, also referred to as people skills, are described as the ability to communicate effectively, work as a team, problem solving, exhibit work ethic, and a positive attitude. Soft skills are interpersonal and relationship-building skills that go beyond technical skills. These skills are essential to obtaining and maintaining employment.
