The HELP Center Assistance Program is a financial assistance program for clients in need of emergency assistance such as utility bill pay, rent or mortgage assistance and deposits for utilities and rental deposit. Will also offer support to offenders needing deposits for transitional housing.
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must need financial assistance for home energy costs.
You may also automatically qualify if you or a family member participates in certain other benefit programs, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or certain needs-tested Veterans benefits.
To enroll in the HELP Center Assistance Program, you must contact us to schedule an intake assessment with a Case Manger or complete an online referral.
