Addictions Recovery

ADDICTIONS RECOVERY PROGRAM

Learn how to cope with triggers, cravings, and negative emotions is a crucial part of the recovery process. Our addiction treatment programs focus on helping you address the root cause of your substance abuse issue.

 

Our recovery program will also help you learn how to cope with symptoms throughout your lifetime.

Requirements

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

Must have valid identification. Some exceptions may apply.

PROOF OF RESIDENCE

Must have documented residence in Davidson County or Homeless.

PROOF OF INCOME

Must have income below the federal poverty level or no income.

DOCUMENTATION

Must meet with a Case Manager to  complete some documents.

VISITS

Must be able to attend in-person or virtual appointments weekly.
