The HELP Center is a State of Tennessee Provider of the Addictions Recovery Program
For many individuals, the first step toward recovery is acknowledging their personal struggle with substance dependence. The next step is finding a treatment program that can help restore their overall health, well-being and happiness. Recovering from an addiction isn’t easy. It will take a significant amount of willpower and self-discipline to achieve and maintain long-term sobriety. However, you’re never alone on this journey.
On the path to recovery, individuals often need help to regain their health, secure a place to live, find a job, build a social support network and get back on their feet. It essentially means, getting some help to get back in the swing of things.
Tennessee residents eighteen and older who have a substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder may be eligible based on a formal screening and assessment. They must also meet the 135% federal poverty guidelines as set by the United States Department of Health and Human Service.
